OUR PROCESS | Discovery Meeting
At the first meeting you will have a conversation at our office where you describe what’s most important to you. You will establish goals and benchmark where you are now financially. The result of The Discovery Meeting is that you will complete your Financial Road-Map® to gain clarity about your financial goals in relation to what is important to you. For this meeting you’ll need to bring literally every financial document you have as you will be referencing them during this process. Please refer to our Document Checklist (PDF) for help in gathering your paperwork. For the Discovery Meeting, you will need to complete the Confidential Financial Planning Questionnaire (PDF). Your goal for this mutual discovery meeting is to achieve clarity, as well as to discover if there might be a good fit in working together.
NOTE: Two things which are required for you to have the best experience and greatest result at The Discovery Meeting:
- You will be glad you remembered to bring all of your financial documents!
- If you are married, both of you will need to be at the meeting. If a conflict comes up for one of you, no problem, just call and we’ll reschedule, but it’s important that you both attend.
